Hearing Aid Prices
Searching for information on hearing aids can be a pretty daunting task: the different manufacturers, all those weird and exotic names, the mind-boggling array of fitting styles and technologies.  A large part of our job is to steer you through that maze to find the combination of features that answer your individual needs perfectly.  That happens during a full hearing test, but if you want a straightforward introduction to what the options are, click below.

Types of Hearing Aid
The guide below is intented to give a general idea of what you should expect to pay for one hearing aid, including fitting, adjustment and lifetime aftercare.  As you can see, the fitting style or 'cosmetic' value of the aids is not what determines the cost.  At one time, it was the accepted practice to charge more for models that were considered smaller and more discreet.  Nowadays what you pay depends on the sophistication of the technology, and therefore how well the intruments deal with more challenging listening environments, such as group conversations and background noise.  Generally speaking, it's a question of matching the capability of the technology to your lifestyle.

We know that most people's biggest fear about buying hearing aids privately is the prospect of ending up saddled with an expensive mistake that doesn't make their life any better.  We want to make sure that never happens.  So you can buy with complete peace of mind: if you're ultimately not happy with your hearing aids, you can return them for a full refund up to 60 days after fitting.
